Preceding the company’s establishment, By & Havn initiated a project competition, resulting in a visionary winning team. This team, consisting of skilled contributors, devised an original addition to the construction in Indre Nordhavn. The development encompasses high-quality owner-occupied residences and an expansive, efficient parking facility.
The winning project features six building structures arranged in a block formation around an inner courtyard. The external framework is distinguished by a prominent emphasis on horizontal balconies and projections, creating a compelling architectural expression. Kronløbsøen stands as a centrally located development project, destined to command attention in the heart of Indre Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
